I’m Hayley, a born-and-raised Austinite and creative thinker specializing in Illustration and Graphic Design. My favorite part of my work is understanding and anticipating people’s needs. When I have made someone feel excited and empowered by the way they show up in the world, that’s when I know I’ve done my job right. I offer 8+ years of expertise in communicating directly with clients to plan and execute complex projects that deeply understand and solve creative problems.

SalesLabX 2022-Present

  • Designed marketing collateral such as conversion-optimized emails and responsive landing pages for B2B and B2C clients including Canon, Apollo Global Management, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

  • Collaborated with designers, developers, copywriters, account coordinators, and team leads in a fast-paced tech marketing startup environment.

  • Completed an average of 70 tasks monthly, assigned at 9 am and due at 3 pm. Our team created collateral for 21 unique clients each with their own brand specifications.

  • Led an internal training for the entire creative team on how to effectively communicate with clients.

  • Maintained a 96% accuracy rate on tasks and consistently scored 5/5 on performance reviews.

Kong Screenprinting & Design 2017-2022

  • Singularly executed and managed projects including custom illustrations, visual identities, social media strategies, brand positioning and story, and copywriting for a wide variety of clients, including Coca-Cola and C3. 

  • Worked directly with clients to understand their needs, establish scope and strategy, and manage project scheduling and budget. 

  • Developed the strategy for Creative Project Management within Kong, from outlining billing guidelines to establishing our own best practices.
